    • All visas sent to embassy cases will be charged additionally.

    • There will be no refund in case of visa rejection for any reason.

    • Any tax/fee imposed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) will be charged additionally.

    • Overstay is not permitted; fines will be imposed as per KSA law.

  2. Hotel & Travel Bookings

    • Hotel rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.

    • Rates may change at any time without prior notice.

  3. Payments

    • Visa & voucher payments must be made 100% in advance.

    • TheUmrahStore will not be responsible for any delay in processing due to late or incomplete payments.

  • theumrahstore acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for decisions made by embassies, government authorities, or third-party providers.

  • We are not liable for delays, rejections, or penalties arising from incorrect documents, late payments, or changes in KSA rules and regulations.
