Important before you pay
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Do not transfer funds until you have received a written quote or invoice and confirmed the amount, currency, service, and booking reference with our team. Save your payment receipt. We do not ask for card PINs, one-time passwords or online-banking passwords.
Prices and availability may change until the arrangement is confirmed in writing. Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable, except where applicable mandatory law requires otherwise or we confirm a written exception.
A bank transfer or QR instruction is not a card-payment gateway. PayFast or another online gateway should be used only if it is actually presented in the official checkout for your transaction.
