This website is operated by The Umrah Store. By browsing the site, submitting a form or creating an account, you accept the terms set out on this page.

If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Contact us directly instead and we will be glad to help by phone, email or WhatsApp.

You may use this site to browse our hotels, packages, transport and services, to build a quotation, and to send us enquiries and applications.

You agree not to submit false information, not to upload documents that are not yours to share, and not to attempt to access any part of the site, any account or any record that is not yours.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. Nothing on the site is guaranteed to be available continuously.

This is the most important thing on this page. Nothing on this website completes a booking.

Every form here — a package enquiry, a transport request, a flight application, a B2B application, a contact message or a quotation built in the Umrah Package Calculator — creates a REQUEST. It does not reserve a room, hold a seat, secure a visa appointment or confirm a price.

A booking exists only once our team has confirmed availability and terms with you directly and you have confirmed back. Until that point, nothing is held on your behalf.

When you submit a request you are given a reference number. Quoting it lets us find your request quickly; it is not a booking confirmation.

Prices shown on this site, including any figure produced by the Umrah Package Calculator, are estimates based on the rates published in our system at the moment you view them.

Hotel rates, airfares and the Saudi Riyal to Pakistani Rupee exchange rate all move. A calculated total is an indication of cost, not an offer, and it is not held for any period.

Where a price is converted into Pakistani Rupees, the conversion uses a rate set by our team and shown on the page. It is provided for guidance. It is not a currency-exchange service and is not the rate any bank will give you.

The final price for any arrangement is the one we confirm to you directly in writing.

Hotels, room types, transport vehicles and flights shown on this site are shown because they are part of what we arrange. Their appearance here does not mean they are available on your dates.

Availability is checked at the point we work your request, not at the point you submit it.

No payment is taken through this website. There is no checkout, no card form and no payment page anywhere on this site, and we will never ask you to enter card or bank details into it.

If anyone asks you to make a payment through this website, it is not us. Please contact us on the number on our Contact page before sending money to anyone.

Payment terms for a confirmed arrangement are agreed with you directly.

A request submitted through this site can be changed or withdrawn at any time before it becomes a confirmed arrangement — just contact us and tell us.

Once an arrangement is confirmed, changes and cancellations are governed by the terms we confirm with you and by the conditions of the hotels, airlines and suppliers involved. Those conditions vary by supplier and by fare or rate type.

Hotel names, areas, distances, star ratings, facilities, room types and images shown on this site are maintained by our team from information supplied to us.

Distances are indicative and describe walking distance or transfer arrangements as we understand them. Actual walking times vary considerably with season, crowd levels and access restrictions around the Haram.

Star ratings reflect the classification a property presents. Where a property has no formal classification, no rating is shown rather than one being assigned.

Transport is quoted per sector and per vehicle. A quoted vehicle is a vehicle class, not a specific registered vehicle.

Journey durations shown are indicative. Real journey times in and around Makkah and Madinah depend heavily on the season and on access restrictions, and are not something we can guarantee.

Where a vehicle carries a surcharge above a stated passenger count, that surcharge is shown as part of the quoted figure before you submit.

We assist with flight arrangements as part of our service. Submitting a flight application through this site is a request for assistance; it does not issue, reserve or hold a ticket.

Fares change continuously and are confirmed only at the point of issue. Any airfare figure shown on this site, including one entered into the Umrah Package Calculator, is indicative.

Airlines set their own conditions on changes, cancellations, baggage and travel documents, and those conditions apply to your ticket regardless of anything on this page.

Applying to become a trade partner does not create a partnership, an account or any entitlement to rates or allocation. Every application is reviewed individually.

An approved application does not automatically create a login on this website. Where account access is appropriate, it is arranged separately.

We may decline an application without giving a reason, and may end a partnership in line with whatever is agreed with that partner.

You may create an account to keep your requests together in one place. An account is optional — every form on this site works without one.

You must give a real email address, because you have to confirm it before you can sign in. Until you confirm it, the account cannot be used.

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. We cannot read your password: it is stored only as a one-way hash, which is also why nobody here can tell you what it is.

Please tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account where we believe it is being misused, and doing so does not delete the requests already attached to it.

Some applications ask you to upload documents, which may include identity documents, photographs and travel documents.

Only upload documents that are yours, or that you have permission to share with us on someone else's behalf.

Uploaded documents are not published on this website and are not accessible from a public address. They are stored outside the public area of the site and can be opened only by our team through an authenticated administrative screen.

We check the type and size of every uploaded file. We may refuse or remove a file that is not a document type we accept.

When you send a request, you are asking us to reply to it. We will use the phone number, email address or WhatsApp number you give us to do that.

Where you start a conversation with us on WhatsApp from this site, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices, not ours.

Emails we send about your account — such as an email verification link — are operational messages, not marketing.

Fulfilling an Umrah arrangement involves third parties: hotels, airlines, transport operators and the authorities responsible for visas.

We coordinate these ourselves rather than passing you between them, but we do not own or control them. Their own terms, conditions and decisions apply to the parts they provide, including any decision on a visa application, which is not ours to make or to guarantee.

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that every figure, description or image is free of error, or that the site will always be available.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on an indicative price, an availability assumption, an estimated journey time or any other estimate on this site, where that figure has not been confirmed to you directly.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update this site, the services described on it and these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when the text was last reviewed.

Where a change is significant and affects a request you have already sent us, we will tell you directly rather than relying on this page.

The design, text, layout and code of this website belong to The Umrah Store or to its suppliers, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Hotel imagery and supplier material shown here remains the property of its owners and is used to describe what we arrange.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
